Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is known to be an atheist and anti-superstitious. He, however, surprised the media recently by holding a lemon in his right hand when he stepped out of his resident in Mysuru.
Post the untimely demise of his son, Siddaramaiah's Family conducted few rituals only to overcome the tough phase and out evil spells at bay. Pundits told the family members lemon in certain manner after performing the pooja.
Few years ago, There were reports of Siddaramaiah refused to remove his footwear for the pooja during Dussehra. He, however, denied the negative campaign and shared the photo of himself with bare foot.
Siddaramaiah who claims to be an atheist keeps visiting Temples during elections just because he doesn't want to hurt the feelings of his supporters. Even during his swearing-in ceremony, He took oath in the name of truth but not god. What explanation Karnataka CM would be offering for holding a lemon in his hand?
