Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah came in support of actress and party leader Ramya who was under criticism for praising Pakistan. 'What's wrong if Ramya says Pak wasn't a hell and People of that country treated her well when she was there for the SAARC Meet? Ramya didn't make any anti-National comments so far. Why the issue is being blown out of proportion? Is Modi a relative of Nawaz Sharif. Why did he went all the way to Pak for the wedding of Sharif's Grand-daughter? Why BJP Leaders were silent then & complaining now?,' he questioned.
Siddaramaiah recalled the praises showered by LK Advani on Pakistan freedom fighter Mohammad Ali Jinna. He asked why RSS and BJP Leaders remained silent then. He accused RSS of provoking its students outfit ABVP to create a law & order situation.
Despite protests, Ramya refused to apologize or take back her comments. Some miscreants have even thrown eggs on her convoy near Bangalore airport few days ago. The clarification from Chief Minister would certainly improve the situation and haters will take a back seat.
