Has Pawan Kalyan received Remuneration on time?

BJP AP in-charge Siddharth Nath Singh on Wednesday made some interesting comments on Pawan Kalyan who began targeting Centre over denial of Special Category Status.
Siddharth Nath Singh said, 'I don't know if Producers were paying remuneration to Pawan Kalyan on time or not. But, Centre has been sanctioning Special Package funds to AP at a quick pace. Before making allegations, Pawan should do some research. If needed, Union Cabinet will approve the Special Package'.
During the Anantapur public meeting, Jana Sena Chief lambasted Centre cheating Telugu People with confusing statements. He pointed out Rs 23,000 crore difference in the claims of Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu. He alleged Centre is going to grant funds for providing only irrigation water through Polavaram Project whereas Drinking Water & other needs weren't covered in Special Package. He also questioned how long would Centre wait to sanction funds if the Special Package itself was announced after two-and-a-half years.
