Six People face trail for Kate's Topless Pic

A French Magazine published the topless pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton. The pictures were shot using a zoom lens when Kate Middleton was on the balcony of Chateau D'Autet during a vacation with hubby Prince William in France. At first, Those topless pictures appeared on a French daily. In September 2012, They made it to the cover of Closer Magazine.
As many as six people in connection with the publication of Kate Middleton will face the trail that's going to begin in 2017. The people who will have to appear before the court include Closer magazine chief editor and Mondadori Press Group Chief.
The counsel of the Closer Magazine argued that Royal Couple have been over-reacting as topless photographs could no more be considered as something shocking.
