Slipper Attack on Pawan Kalyan
X
A day after he claims to be prepared to take criticism and brick bats in his stride, Jana Sena Chief had a bad experience during his ongoing political yatra. An unidentified person had thrown a slipper aiming the Actor-turned-Politician. The sandal has fallen on the bonnet of the white four wheeler he is using currently. Whereas, Pawan Kalyan appeared least bothered about it and he kept waving his hands to the people who had come to catch a glimpse of him.

While addressing the activists in Khammam, Pawan Kalyan told he thinks a lot before taking any step as it would have an impact on millions of people. 'I have the responsibility to guide the youth in the right direction. All the castes and religions should be respected & given proper representation. Social Justice (as it happened in 2009) can't be achieved just by offering seats to the weaker sections. American Political Scientist Samuel P Huntington quoted an example to say how culture matters. In 1957, GDP of South Korea and Angola were similar. 25 Years later, Koreo's GDP is way ahead of Angola. The Scientist explained that each culture have a certain character. Leaders of the Backward Castes need to introspect why they aren't able to compete or lagging behind. Why the dream of Ambedkar to achieve caste-less society hasn't been fulfilled? I decided to take the responsibility to speak with the leaders of caste-based organizations. I don't say I could do wonders in 2019 polls but I will remain supportive of you in achieving social justice till my last breath,' he assured.

Pawan Kalyan alleged the condition of Sanghika Sankshema Hostels in Kothagudem are pathetic. He appealed Jana Sena Activists to bring the problems in such hostels to his notice.
