Smart Card Shock On Day 1 of Metro Ride

Hyderabad Metro Rail Management introduced Smart Card system for the convenience of the People. A Smart Card can be obtained by paying Rs 200 at the Metro Stations & a balance of Rs 100 can be used for Metro Rides. People assumed the balance will be deducted only if they travel in the Metro Rail but there is a twist here.
Srinivas who hails from Uppal obtained Smart Card by paying Rs 200 Yesterday. He covered the entire station by walk for a period of one hour without going for a Metro ride. When he checked the balance in the Smart Card while stepping out the stations, Srinivas received a rude shock as the balance was just Rs 12. What happened to the remaining balance of Rs 88? He didn't get proper response even though an explanation was sought from the Management.
If People enter the paid area with Smart Card, They are liable to pay the charges even when they doesn't travel in Metro. Money will be deducted from the Smart Card depending on the time we spend here. It's like paying the charge without travelling in a Metro Rail. People need to keep this key aspect in mind while being at the Metro Station.
