The super star has begun holding discussions with the members of the Rajini Makkal Mandram (RMM). The district wise meetings have begun.
With just one year remaining for the assembly elections in Tamil Nadu, Rajinikanth is said to be trying to understand the situation in various districts. He is also said to be enquiring about the likely impact his party is going to have on the people of the state. But, when the media confronted him about the meeting, he said that there was no political significance to these meetings. He said that he would make an announcement at the right time.
Meanwhile, there is a growing buzz that the Tamil super star is inching closer to the BJP establishment. There is a buzz that these two parties could come together for the elections. He, however, chose not to say anything about this during his interaction with the media.
