Social Distance Between Employees In Offices

Following the extension of the lockdown across the nation the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued th revised guidelines to be followed at the workplaces during the lockdown period.
The guidelines were framed keeping in mind IT, IT Enabled Services and E-Commerce and directed these companies to run the offices with only 50% staff. These companies can function only if they follow the revised guidelines.
As per these guidelines, sanitizers should be made available during the lockdown period along with the temperature screening arrangements. For the transport of the employees, special arrangements should be made to avoid public transport.
Six feet distance should be maintained between employees so that the virus is not spread further. In addition to these measures, thermal screening should be arranged for every employee at the office entrance.
The guidelines stress about following social distancing and added that a one-hour time gap should be maintained between morning and evening shifts. When it comes to manufacturing company the time gap between the shifts should be more than one hour and the social distance among the employees should be maintained even during the lunch breaks.
