In one such incident, a youth attacked a software engineer with a knife after she denied marriage to him. The shocking incident happened in Hyderabad.
The spine-chilling incident was reported from Hyderabad's Narsangi. The youth absconded after attacking the woman. In the incident, the woman sustained serious injuries on her neck and hands. The locals saw this and took her to a nearby hospital. Her situation is said to be critical and she is fighting for her life.
Going into details, a 22-year-old girl who hails from Palnadu district's Piduguralla is working as a software engineer in Gachibowli. She is staying in a hostel. 27-year-old Ganesh is her distant relative who works as a food delivery boy. He proposed marriage. However, the girl said no to this.
When she was in a hostel on Tuesday night, Ganesh called her and asked her to come to a hotel. Following this, she went to the hotel. Ganesh brought the marriage proposal again. However, she said no to this and this led to an intense argument between the two.
Hearing no to his proposal, Ganesh could not control himself and attacked her. He took out a knife and attacked her on her neck and hands. Later he fled from the scene.
The victim was rushed to the nearby hospital by the locals. She is undergoing treatment. Police registered a case in this regard and the probe is underway. They are searching for Ganesh.
