Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao has been organizing Sahara Chandi Yagam at his Farm House in Erravelli of Gajwel Constituency from Today (Monday). This yagam is happening under the supervision of Visakha Saradha Peetam Seer Sri Swaroopanandendra Saraswati. On Day 1, Sapthasathi Chandi Parayanam, Sahasra Chandi Yagam, Raja Syamala Yagam, Chathurveda Maha Yagam, Sapthasati Yagam and Rudra Maha Yagam will be performed. Telangana Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Council Chairman Swamy Goud, Home Minister Mahmood Ali, KTR, Harish Rao, Kavitha, K Kesava Rao and Lakshmikantha Rao took part in the Yagam. Maha Yagams lasting for 5 days will be performed as per Sringeri Peetham Traditions. Around 300 priests will be performing these Yagas.
An English Newspaper reported that Telangana CM KCR has been performing Yagas to become the next Prime Minister. When a netizen brought this matter to his notice, KTR expressed the feeling that few News Outlets don't even have the basic common sense to cross check the facts before publishing utter nonsense.
