BJP Leader Somu Veerraju breathed fire on TDP Leadership for fielding rebels in fray in the devisions allotted to his party for upcoming Kakinada Municipal Polls. 'How can TDP Rebels contest in the divisions allotted to BJP? It's a violation of alliance dharma! The claims of Chandrababu Naidu doesn't match what's happening at the grassroots level,' he alleges.
Somu Veerraju fears YSR Congress will emerge victorious in Kakinada Municipal Polls if TDP & BJP clash instead of cooperating with each other. He claimed to have brought the matter to the notice of party high command and this situation will have an impact on alliance between both the parties in future. He asked TDP Leadership to keep in mind that they need BJP support to bag the Mayor Post.
The BJP MLC clarified TDP hadn't extended invitation to the saffron party seeking campaigning for Nandyal by-poll.
YS Jagan reached Rajamahendravaram Airport by Sunday morning. He would be campaigning for YCP victory in Kakinada Municipal Polls till Sunday.
