Lakhs of Crores for AP Capital! Why?: BJP

BJP MLC Somu Veerraju makes sensational comments on demand of TDP Government to sanction lacks of crores for the construction of new capital.
Somu Veerraju: "None of the newly formed states such as Jhakhand, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh & Gujarat have made so much hungama about New Capital. What is the need for lakhs of crores for a Capital even after farmers have offered their lands for free? Centre has already sanctioned Rs 20,000 crore for Amaravati. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has done his best for the roads in the new capital".
The remarks of Somu Veerraju came on the same day Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu reached New Delhi to meet PM & Union Minister for Drought relief, Special Status, Special Package and other Poll Promises.
Were the comments of BJP MLC an indication that there won't be lakhs of crores financial assistance to AP from Centre? If this is true, Even Special Package will be denied to AP.
