CBN - You Can't Speak On Karnataka Politics!
By: Tupaki Desk | 17 May 2018 11:56 AM GMTSomu Veerraju questioned whether AP CM Chandrababu Naidu have the moral right speak about the present political developments in Karnataka. He pointed out how Babu had dethroned NTR from power after People elected him as CM in 1994.
The BJP MLC opined Karnataka Governor took a decision in favour of BJP using his seniority and constitution. 'Didn't Chandrababu Naidu extend support to Vajpayee-led BJP which emerged as Single Largest Party in 1996? Vajpayee was dethroned from power just because of one vote. Chandrababu Naidu had a role in it. Babu claims to have played key role in national politics but he actually conspired with Congress. While NTR respected him as Son-in-Law, Chandrababu who have Congress blood in him backstabbed his Father-in-Law. He was the one who made MLAs throw chappals on NTR at Viceroy Hotel,' he alleged.
Mr.Veerraju stated vote share of BJP increased to 35 percent from 19 percent despite negative campaign by TDP. He told BJP Candidate won with a majority of 35,000 votes in Padmanabha Nagar constituency which is dominated by Telugus. He accused Chandrababu Naidu of focusing more on abusing Modi rather than on governance.
