Sonia Gandhi took part in the Medchal Public Meeting on Friday. She hadn't only greeted Kodandaram, Gaddar and L Ramana who shared dais with her but also conveyed Karthika Pournami wishes to the people.
Addressing the large gathering, Sonia Gandhi commented: 'My Happiness over visiting Telangana is like a Mother meeting her Children after many years. Children get spoiled if the grooming isn't good. That's what happening under TRS Rule. Let's dethrone TRS using the spirit of Telangana Movement'.
UPA Chairperson recalled the difficult times she faced during the bifurcation. 'We knew damage happens to Congress Party if we respect the sentiments of Telanganites. Still, We had gone ahead with the decision in the best interest of the people. Every Mother wants their children to have a great future. Even I wished for the same. Telangana State was offered for Water, Funds and Posts. Has TRS fulfilled any of its promises? Injustice happened to Women and Unemployed in TRS Rule. TRS Government didn't even implement the Land Acquisition Act 2013 while acquiring lands from public. Only KCR's Family, Relatives and Friends got benefited under TRS Rule'.
