BJP Rajya Sabha Member Subramanian Swamy launched a staggering attack on AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi one more time. He alleged Sonia had plans of declaring a state of emergency in India by on ground of Hindu-terror in the period 2011-12.
At a meeting on the eve of 41st Anniversary of Emergency, Subramanian Swamy told the constitutional amendments passed by Janata Government rule has prevented Emergency in the country post 1975.
