AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi invited all the like-minded parties for the Iftar dinner she would be hosting next week.
The Opposition Parties invited for Sonia Gandhi's Iftar dinner on July 13th include Samajwadi Party, Trinamool Congress, CPI, CPM, BSP, NCP, RJD, National Conference, AIMIM, AIUDF, JD-S, IUML and Janata Dal (United). However, TRS, AIADMK and BJD haven't been invited.
Sonia Gandhi's Iftar Party gained prominence as it happening just ahead the monsoon session of Parliament. It's an attempt to bring all the Opposition Parties on one platform to fight against Narendra Modi and NDA Government.
In the wake of Lalit Modi's visa row and Vyapam scam, NDA will have a tough time in the upcoming Monsoon Session starting from July 21st.
