Sonia return to fasten T-process

AICC chief Sonia Gandhi returned to India on September 11th morning after undergoing routine medical check-up in USA. She was accompanied by daughter Priyanka Gandhi.
Telangana leaders were hopeful that Sonia's return will speed up the statehood process. While Telanganites were happy with Sonia's return, Seemandhra people have been expressing their anguish on the UPA Chairperson in different forms. Congress High Command is firm on creating a Telangana state in view of the upcoming general elections in 2014.
S Kandan, Additional secretary ministry of home affairs, has informed that cabinet note on Telangana is already oreapared and they were awaiting the nod from Union Home Minister. On the other hand, Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has said cabinet note will be sent to law ministry for legal vetting but he is clueless on whether it would be before or after the cabinet meeting on September 22nd.
