IAS Officer Ashok Khemka has alleged that Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra has acquired 3.53 acres of land in Gurgoan with fake documents.

In the report submitted to Haryana government's three-member committee to look into Robert Vadra-DLF land deal, Ashok Khemka alleged government officials ignored rules and regulations to favor Congress chief's son-in-law.

In October 2012, Mr. Khemka had cancelled a land mutation deal between Robert Vadra-DLF. However, Haryana government opined that the order by Khemka canceling the land mutation was improper only to favour Vadra.

On August 5, 2008 Robert Vadra's company Skylight Hospitality entered into an unregistered collaboration agreement with DLF Universal. This led to crores of loss to the state exchequer and the collaboration agreement wasn't registered.
