Soundarrajan to follow the footsteps of Kumudben Joshi?
By: Tupaki Desk | 8 Nov 2019 12:50 PM GMTMost of the Political analysts are stating that Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan is reminding them of Kumudben Joshi, who rendered her services as Governer during the reign of former CM, TDP founder late N.T. Rama Rao.
Joshi is very stubborn in her decisions that she had many confrontations with NTR.
The political circles have already started discussions that do Soundararajan wants to be next Joshi in the state.
Reportedly, then Prime minister Rajiv Gandhi has appointed Joshi as Governor of Andhra Pradesh in 1985 to create obstacles to N.T.Rama Rao. Gandhi had hoped that with this the chances of Congress forming the government will increase.
Soundarrajan was appointed by the BJP party to create problems for the KCR government in the state. BJP is hoping that she will perform like Joshi.
Just like Joshi, Soundarrajan is reportedly holding meeting IAS officers regularly to understand the situations in the state in a better way.
It has been reported that Ms. Joshi had run a parallel government at that time. Interestingly, similar to the TDP leaders, TRS leaders are also not happy with the functioning of the Governor
