The high-intense One Day series between India and South Africa started today. The South African batsmen went all guns open against the Indian bowling and posted a massive score for the Indian side to chase. For a loss of four wickets, South Africa posted close to 300 runs.

Skipper Bavuma and Rassie van der Dussen scored centuries and made a partnership of over 200 runs. Despite losing three early wickets, South Africa reached a comfortable position thanks to the 204 run partnership between Bavuma and Rassie van der Dussen.

At one point South Africa was 68 for the loss of three wickets. However, South Africa found heroes in Bavuma and Dussen. Who scored 110 runs and 129 runs not out respectively. It's a big challenge for the Indian batsmen to chase the target.

South Africa has one of the best bowling attacks in the world and they will pose a big threat to the Indian batting lineup.

Jasprit Bumrah and Ravichandran Ashwin were the least economical among the Indian bowlers, who recorded bowling stats of (2/48) and (1/53) respectively. The other bowlers went for heavy runs.

India had started its chase quite auspiciously. In four overs, India scored 25 runs without losing any wicket. KL Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan gave a good start as India is on a mission to chase a mammoth score.
