Indian cricketer Sanju Samson donated Rs 15 lakh towards the relief and rehabilitation of Kerala Floods. He made it clear the amount offered by him isn't for publicity. Usually, Sanju Samson does charity without letting anybody know about it. This time, He decided to do it publicly so that it would made at least few people realize the importance of helping those in distress.
Sanju Samson's Father Vishwanadh and Brother Saly met Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan to hand over the cheque.
What's being done by Sanju Samson must be a wake up call for the cricket fraternity. Other Cricketers should come forward to help the victims instead of just placing posts on social media.
