Sreesanth likely to contest on BJP ticket

As per reports Sreesanth is likely to contest on BJP ticket in upcoming Kerala state assembly elections.As per reports BJP president Amit Shah has requested Sreesanth to contest in state assembly polls. Amit Shah will be arriving to Tiruvanantapura tomorrow and Srishanth is likely to meet him.
'I have been offered a ticket by the BJP to contest either from Ernakulam or Tripunithura constituency. I will announce my candidature tomorrow and I wish to contest from Tripunithura," Sreesanth told the media
Sreesanth's father-in-law, Hirendra Singh Shekhawat, has close links with Madhya Pradesh. BJP leaders. Meanwhile, Sreesanth told news agency ANI to wait for a day to know about his poll plans. BJP's central leadership is hoping to field the cricketer in Thrippunithura or Ernakulam.
Sreesanth was banned for life by the Board of Control for Cricket in India after fixing allegations. Last year court in Delhi exonerated him in the case.After being exonerated in the 2013 IPL spot fixing-case by a Delhi court last year, Sreesanth is now a busy actor. He is currently shooting for a Hindi film produced by Pooja Bhatt.
