Balayya's Son-in-Law Talks About Legacy
By: Tupaki Desk | 15 Feb 2019 7:48 AM GMTBalakrishna's Second Son-in-Law Sri Bharath (Grandson of GITAM Founder MVVS Murthy & Kavuri Sambasiva Rao) is keen to contest from Visakha Lok Sabha Constituency in 2019 Elections.
Sri Bharath claimed he grew up watching his grandfathers Murthy & Kavuri who served as MPs. 'I am aware of the lifestyle and activities of MPs because of them. Reached a conclusion that my education and thought process suits such an ideology. When there was a discussing with my grandfather Murthy in 2018, He suggested Me to think about contesting for Visakha Lok Sabha Seat. I was supposed to open an office and launch my political activity in October 2018, but his sudden demise left us in shock. After a month, I decided to continue the legacy,' he revealed.
Interestingly, Sri Bharath stressed he is going to work with the mindset of 'People First, Party Next'.
When quizzed if he received the consent of TDP Leadership, Sri Bharath informed: 'I conveyed my intention to contest for Visakha MP Seat. It's up to the party to decide if I should contest or not'.
Sri Bharath believes poll prospects of TDP look good as of now. He feels Chandrababu Naidu-led TDP has to retain power for completion of projects which were launched in the past 5 years.
