No VIP Treatment for Sridevi

Truth is always bitter but we can't escape from it. Sridevi ruled the hearts of countless number audience and she enjoyed unmatchable stardom. She scaled new heights in her career. But Sridevi lost her life accidentally in Dubai hotel recently. Dubai police kept her in the mortuary to complete the legal procedures they usually follow during the death of a foreigner. They gave clearance to her family members to take the mortal remains only after it has been confirmed that the death was 'accidental'.

The mortuary in Dubai Forensic Office doesn't have different sections for celebrities and common people. So, they kept her body in the mortuary room along with the bodies of foreigners. When Sridevi was alive she was like an angel far away from the reach of common people but once she lost her life, she was kept like an ordinary woman in the mortuary.

Her mortal remains were kept along with the dead bodies of Indian labourers for three days. Sridevi family members were given clearance to take her to India only after Dubai Prosecution closed the case. This incident sheds light on to a bitter truth once again that whether one may be a celebrity or common person.. they will ultimately reach the same destination and there are no exceptions.
