Srikakulam Reported Three Positive Cases Of COVID-19

The count increased at once with 61 fresh cases reported in the state taking the toll to 1,061.
To date, 31 fatalities were reported in the state with two fresh deaths reported in the state. The rapid growth of the cases has left the concerned authorities in a deep shock about the spread of the virus.
The health bulletin released by the state health department said that the Srikakulam district which managed to report zero positive cases also witnessed COVID-19 positive cases raising many concerns and fears.
Going into details, Vyakyati who hails from Patapatnam works a Railways employee at the national capital Delhi. He came to his native place in March and confined him to home quarantine.
He developed positive symptoms of the virus recently. It is believed that he traveled in AP Express with Tablighi Jammat attendees. Reportedly he met some others after completing his quarantine period.
His samples were sent to Rangaraya Medical College in Kakinada and what's even surprising is that he was tested negative for the virus while three people who came in contact with him tested positive for COVID-19.
