YSR Congress MLA Srikanth Reddy reacted seriously over the comments made by JC Diwakar Reddy during the public meeting in Muchumarri on Monday.
Srikanth Reddy: 'Who is JC Diwakar Reddy? He spoke unparliamentary language after having four pegs of alcohol. He is actually Johnny Walker Reddy. Will slash his tongue if he makes such comments. He have the track record of looting the people. Someone who licks the shoes of Chandrababu Naidu doesn't have the moral right to speak about castes. What does JC knew about Rayalseema? He should take back the objectionable comments made by him. Recently, Supreme Court conveyed that caste and religion can't be used for vote bank politics. Chandrababu Naidu should stop making his puppets abuse political opponents'.
During the launch Muchumarri lift-irrigation on Monday, JC Diwakar Reddy told he don't understand why two castes were rallying behind Jaganmohan Reddy. He questioned how could Jagan oppose Pattiseema and Polavaram projects which could address water shortage in Rayalseema. He appealed people to back Chandrababu's leadership in 2019 polls for successful completion of ongoing projects.
