Srinivas Kuchibhotla Murder Case: Latest Update!

Telugu Techie Srinivas Kuchibhotla was killed by an American Navy Veteran Adam Purinton (52) at a bar in Kansas City in February last year. Alok Madasani, a friend of Kuchibhotla, and Ian Grillot were also injured in the racial attack. Adam Purinton was charged with first-degree murder.
Though the plea hearing has been scheduled for May 8th, It's been preponed to March 6th. Adam Purinton pleaded 'not guilty' of committing the crime during the preliminary hearing.
Eye-Witnesses say, Adam Purinton yelled at the Two Indians 'Get Out Of My Country' before opening the fire.
Federal Prosecutors allege Adam Purinton committed the offense after substantial planning and premeditation. They even accused him of attempting to kill more than one person. If charges are proven, The Navy Veteran faces death penalty or life in prison.
