Australian Cricketer Steve Smith addressed media for the first time after he was banned by Cricket Australia for one year and barred from playing IPL 11 by BCCI over ball-tampering scandal. At the press conference, The Star Cricketer looked absolutely devastated and he admitted ball tampering scandal is the biggest mistake of his life.
Steve Smith: 'I take full responsibility for what has happened and don't blame anybody as I'm the captain of Australian Team. I will regret this for the rest of my life. I'm gutted. It's a failure of My Leadership. I will do everything I can to make up for the mistake. I just hope I can earn back respect and forgiveness. Cricket is the greatest sport in the World. It's been my life and I just hope it can be again. I'm sorry. Want to apologise to the pain I have brought to Australia...fans and public'.
