ACP Srinivas Rao informed media that Investigation Team collected crucial evidence (technical, statements of witnesses) in the past one month to prove the charges against Ravi Prakash.
Did Ravi Prakash cooperate for the Investigation?: We did question Ravi Prakash for 3 consecutive days but he kept delivering irrelevant answers. Neither did he submit the documents sought by us nor presented any proofs to prove his innocence. Collected key evidence regarding the two cases booked against Ravi Prakash.
Arrest of Ravi Prakash?: We will submit the Investigation Details to the Court through our Public Prosecutor. Arrest will happen according to the directions given by the court.
What about Shivaji?: Served notices to Shivaji under 41A of CrPC but his Wife informed us that her Husband is yet to reach Hyderabad. We are waiting for his arrival.
