Rishiteswari suicide: Subrahmanyam Committee Report!

Subrahmanyam Committee report on the suicide of Acharya Nagarjuna University student revealed shocking facts in the campus.
The Committee set up to give a report on factors which led to Rishiteswari suicide was led by Retired IAS Officer Subrahmanyam. On Sunday, The report has been submitted to the concerned minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao.
In the report, It was mentioned that ANU Principal Baburao was also responsible for the suicide of Rishiteswari. Principal encouraged Ragging, Liquor Consumption & Atrocities in the campus. With the encouragement from Principal, Both Boys & Girls were taking part in liquor parties in the University premises. Rishiteswari was ragged and sexually harassed, forcing her to commit suicide. Even Principal is aware of them and he encouraged such practice in the campus.
Recommendations of Subrahmanyam Committee:
Include the name of the Principal as Accused in Rishiteswari suicide case.
Set-up a special fast-track court for speedy judgement.
Introduce a toll-free number to tackle ragging.
Review the security in University for every 6 months.
Celebrate Fresher's Day within the campus.
Prohibition on smoking & drinking in Campus.
CCTV Cameras in Hostels, Mess and Library.
Setting up Police Outposts in Universities.
Severe punishment for Ragging & Convicts shouldn't be allowed to take up any courses in future.
