SC Approves - Swamy Disapproves!

Supreme Court delivered a historic judgement legalizing Homosexuality if it's consensual. The Bench terms Section 377 as a weapon used to harass the LGBT Community.
However, Subramanian Swamy who differed with the verdict declared Homosexuality as a genetic disorder. He feels it's similar to a human being having six fingers and medical research alone can rectify it.
The BJP MP opined decriminalizing Gay Sex could lead to increase in HIV Cases in the country. 'Gay Bars will surface soon and HIV is gonna spread rapidly. Upon looking at the consequences, A 7-Judge Bench would set aside the order of the 5-Judge Bench,' he predicted.
Swamy questioned why Supreme Court refused to strike down a part of Section 377 that makes Sex with Animals a crime. He wants to know if it have anything to do with the fundamental rights.
