Clarity on Special Status by September 15th

Union Minister Sujana Chowdary hints a clarity on whether Centre accords Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh might arrive on or before September 15th, 2015.
Speaking to reporters in New Delhi, Sujana Chowdary said Special Status is the right of AP as per AP Reorganisation Act, 2014. He informs Centre sanctioned Rs 1,100 crore as Special Assistance to Andhra Pradesh. While Uttar Andhra and Rayalseema Districts combinedly received Rs 350 crore, Rs 350 crore has been allotted for AP Capital and Rs 400 crore towards reimbursement to AP's expenditure on Polavaram project.
Sujana Chowdary declared AP Government is willing to encourage young entrepreneurs who wish to set up Industries.
Now, The doubt in everyone's mind is if the Rs 1,100 crore sanctioned by Centre is all what AP CM Chandrababu Naidu described as a huge/lucrative financial package a day ago.
