YSR Congress MLAs Sujaya Krishna Ranga Rao, Rajanna Dora and Srivani condemned the speculations about their plans to join ruling party.
During the press conference held at Bobbili fort in Vizianagaram, YCP MLAs made it clear they will be sailing with Jagan's YSR Congress till their last breadth. They accused the four YCP MLAs & MLC of joining TDP only for the sake of power & political mileage. The Legislators also demanded amendments to anti-defection law to prevent such opportunist activities. They felt the need for certain time period to take action against such defections.
YSR Congress Legislators allege TDP-friendly media is speeding baseless rumors about exodus even after seeking their clarification. They warned news channels of legal action if such rumors were spread.
TDP Leaders claims as many as 15 YCP MLAs will join TDP before next Assembly sessions.
