Cops informed to Court about the email while submitting a 3,000-page charge sheet accusing Shashi Tharoor of abetting the suicide of his Wife. Few mails and messages sent by Sunanda Pushkar has been considered as her dying declaration.
Investigators told Court that Sunanda Pushkar's death was due to poisoning. They found 27 Alprax Tablets in the hotel suite where she was found dead.
Police alleged Shashi Tharoor didn't bother to take care of Sunanda Pushkar when she was slipping into depression. Injury Marks on her body confirms the frequent fights between the couple.
