Recently, the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Alphabet Inc. and its subsidiary Google LLC sent a special message for the graduates who passed out in the year 2020 and asked them to be impatient.

The CEO addressed the graduating class of 2020 through the virtual ceremony where he recalled his humble upbringing and the difficulties he faced while coming to the US from India.

"My father spent the equivalent of a year's salary on my plane ticket to the US so I could attend Stanford. It was my first time ever on a plane...America was expensive. A phone call back home was more than $2 a minute, and a backpack cost the same as my dad's monthly salary in India," Sundar Pichai said.

The graduation event was even streamed on Youtube to which former President of the United States Barack Obama attended along with his wife Michelle Obama.

He even compared the existing technology to that of his growing up days where he did not have much access to technology. Pichai said that present children have access to various computers.

He went on to say that he did not have much access to technology and said that they didn’t have their first telephone until he was ten. The CEO doesn’t have access to the computer until he stepped on America.
