Supreme Court Asked Kodela to decide on Roja's letter

The murky fight between YSRCP MLA Roja and ruling party seems to finally end soon. Supreme court after hearing the Roja's petition challenging the suspension directed the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker to consider her explanation letter and allow her into the premises of the House.
The court has issued its final verdict and asked Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao to take the decision. The apex court asked the speaker to put Roja's letter in to agenda in the next session and decided up on her. It also directed the speaker to take any action if the explanation of Roja is not satisfactory.
Meanwhile Roja had submitted her explanation letter about her alleged poor behavior in assembly. Roja submitted a letter in which she explained about her alleged behavior with the chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, MLAs Anitha and Srinivas. The court asked her to submit the same letter to the Speaker.
The only respite Roja got in this issue is that the court asked assembly officials to allow her into the house. The issue should be resolved in a regular session of the Assembly within eight week failing which the court will take up the case for a regular hearing, the Supreme Court order said.
