Supreme Sweet News On Aadhaar Linking!

"March 31 is nearing. Did you link your Aadhaar number or not?".. this has become a common question these days. Common people have several doubts regarding the linking of Aadhaar.. and they are thinking whether to link with Aadhaar or not. Supreme Court gave them a huge relief by passing orders regarding Aadhaar link.
The top court has passed an order that March 31 is not the deadline for linking your Aadhaar with bank account.. mobile number etc. The court also said that the deadline for linking of Aadhaar is extended indefinitely until they pass new orders. So, there is no need to hurry up for linking with Aadhaar. Supreme court passed this interim order on the petition questioning the legality of the Adhaar linking.
But the Supreme Court has put a condition. If the people want to avail benefits like subsidies under Section 7 of the Aadhaar, they have to link their Aadhar before March 31. A bench lead by Supreme Court chief justice Deepak Mishra has made these crucial remarks.
Supreme Court also clarified that Government can't pressurise citizens that Aadhaar is compulsory for issuing Tatkar Passport. Supreme Court orders will give a huge relief to several persons. So, the common citizens need not worry about the messages which say that their banking.. mobile.. credit card services will be stopped if they don't link with Aadhaar. As per the Supreme Court order, only the people who are availing subsidies will have to get their Aadhaar linked before March 31.
