Supreme Court Makes Key Comments On Margadarsi Chits!

During the arguments, the Supreme Court objected to the arguments of Margadarsi. The Court asked why they are saying HUF and Proprietary Concern. Lawyers of Margadarsi said that the payments were made to the depositors.
The Supreme Court asked what objections Margadarsi had in revealing the details of payments made to the depositors. To this question, the Supreme Court was satisfied with the arguments of lawyers of Undavalli.
Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar who has been fighting in the Margadarsi row made some comments. He dubbed this as a key development in the case and this is a big development in his 17 years of the legal battle against Margadarsi.
The Supreme Court ordered that the details of deposits in Margadarsi should be made public. Why are you hiding the details? From where did Rs 2600 crore deposits come? Did they give money in cheques or did they give it in another form? The depositors' details should be submitted to Court and management' s version should be explained, said Undavalli. We have to wait and see how Margadarsi will react.
