Supreme Court on Hyderabad Encounter Case

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Sharad Arvind Bobde said the court will appoint an investigating judge who will look into the encounter of the four culprits in Disha's case. The Judge will work from Delhi.
According to the police, they have opened fire on the culprits who were lorry workers when they have attacked the policemen with sticks and tried to snatch their weapons when they were trying to reconstruct the crime scene at the spot.
The CJI said the court knows the news that the Telangana High Court also looking into this issue.
Keeping in mind the recent developments in the case he said, justice cannot be instant and it will lose its character as justice if it becomes revenge.
