Your Petition Has No Merit: Supreme Courts Raps Lakshmi Parvathi!

Widow of former Chief Minister Lakshmi Parvathi and Nara Chandrababu Naidu has a political rivalry and everyone knows that. She never misses an opportunity to target or attack Chandrababu Naidu. For a very long time, she has been trying hard to prove that Chandrababu Naidu has inappropriate assets and that a probe is required.
After suffering a big shock in the High Court, Lakshmi Parvathi moved the Supreme Court seeking directives to launch a probe into the assets owned by Telugu Desam Chief Chandrababu Naidu. However, the Supreme Court gave a big shock to Lakshmi Parvathi by rejecting the plea.
The Apex Court ramped Lakshmi Parvathi for filing such a petition and asked what authority she has to file a petition. The Court asked why one has to know the details of other assets. The bench asked what she would get by knowing the details of the assets owned by Chandrababu Naidu.
During the hearing, Lakshmi Parvathi was asked by the bench of the Supreme Court about her authority in filing such a petition. Lakshmi Parvathi is said to have told the beech that she is the wife of the former Chief Minister. Will that give you an authority, the bench reportedly asked.
Having rejected the petition, the Supreme Court bench observed that there is no merit in the plea and there is no need to hear it. The Supreme Court reacted to the High Court striking down the plea and supporting that.
Things turned ugly between Chandrababu Naidu and Lakshmi Parvathi after he took over the party leadership with the help of MLAs. It was reported that Lakshmi Parvathi tried to control things in TDP when NTR was the Chief Minister. After Chandrababu Naidu became the Chief of the Telugu Desam Party, Lakshmi Parvathi was not encouraged.
Since then, Lakshmi Parvathi became a strong critic of Chandrababu Naidu. She never leaves any stone unturned to target the TDP supremo. She always accuses Chandrababu Naidu of cheating NTR and TDP. When Young Tiger NTR met Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Lakshmi Parvathi opined that NTR should take over the party and lead it.
