Senior Hero to join Narendra Modi's Cabinet

Malayalam actor and BJP's star campaigner Suresh Gopi is likely to be inducted into Prime Minister Narendra Modi's cabinet soon.
Earlier, BJP Leadership thought of appointing Suresh Gopi as the chairman of the National Film Development Corporation. However, The idea was dropped later and opted to make him a cabinet member as there is no one from Kerala is part of Modi's Team so far. Leadership is hoping this could be the master stroke to opponents ahead of Kerala Assembly Elections.
BJP President Amit Shah offered party ticket from Thiruvananthapuram Assembly constituency to Suresh Gopi. But, the Senior Hero softly turned down the proposal.
At last, BJP decided to nominate Suresh Gopi as the Rajya Sabha member to pave way for his entry into cabinet.
Suresh Gopi is accompanying PM Narendra Modi during poll campaign in the state.
