Surprise: Akkineni Nagarjuna name found in BJP 40 list!!

The BJP on Friday announced its list of 40 star campaigners who will campaign for the party in the two-phase elections in the two states

King Akkineni Nagarjuna who recently supported Sri Narendra Modi candidature as PM candidate also presented in the list. Tollywood actors- Kota Srinivasa Rao, Sarath Babu, Suresh, Shivaji, Rajashekar, Shivaji Raja are also in the campaigners list.

Earlier this month, Nag met the Gujarat Chief Minister and said that he was the right man for the job.

It was also speculated that Nagarjuna wants a BJP ticket for the upcoming Lok sabha polls for his wife Amala but Nagarjuna did not throw any light on the matter after his meet with Modi.

Neither Nagarjuna nor his wife Amala Akkineni is contesting in the ensuing polls but surprisingly the veteran hero agreed to campaign the party.
