T-BJP Worried About High Court Orders?

The recent Munugode by-poll result is a big setback to the Telangana wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party which wanted to spread its wings further in the state. The party believed that the party would win the polls. Now the party faced another big setback with the orders issued by the High Court.
It is known that the Telangana High Court imposed a stay on the case probe earlier. Now the High Court has lifted the stay and issued directives to the concerned police to continue the probe. The High Court reserved its verdict on giving the case to the CBI.
Though nothing is confirmed yet the BJP is said to be behind this and the four accused who tried to poach four TRS MLAs are from the saffron party. The ruling TRS is saying the same and KCR released a video that shows the accused having a conversation with the MLAs.
TRS wants to use the poaching issue as a big weapon to target the BJP as it wants to enter the big arena of national politics. Ahead of the Munugode by poll KCR spoke about the issue at the event and urged the people not to vote for the BJP.
Now the High Court lifted the stay and asked the cops to continue the probe. If the investigation can gather information that might point fingers at the saffron party then it would be a big issue for the party. TRS will use the issue to target the BJP for sure.
