Few popular Tamil TV Channels on Monday evening reported that Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has passed away. Tension prevailed at the Apollo Hospitals in Chennai because of these false reports.
AIADMK Activists waiting outside Apollo Hospitals broke down chanting 'Amma, Puratchi Thalaivi'. Soon, They tried to enter into hospital forcibly. But, Police and Paramilitary Forces swung into action to prevent it. The main gate of Apollo Hospitals have been closed and forces surrounded the hospital premises immediately to take complete control of the situation.
