Tamil Nadu DGP Issues A Shocking Circular To All Police Stations

Recently, the Tamil Nadu Police Department has taken a key decision. Tamil has made mandatory in the Police Department. DGP suggested that the signatures on the attendance list should be done in Tamil. From now on, office records should be maintained in Tamil. The DGP has instructed that the records be maintained in Tamil in the State Headquarters, Police Commissionerate and Superintendent's offices. Name boards, office stamps should be in Tamil. DGP said the word 'kaval' should be seen on police vehicles. DGP said such measures were necessary for the protection of the mother tongue.
