TDP-Congress Dostana in Telangana

TDP & Congress are known to be arch-rivals. In fact, NT Rama Rao floated Telugu Desam in 1982 to end the Congress rule. NTR even ended the domination of Congress at the National Level with Third Front & made Delhi Leaders cope with sleepless nights.
Since KCR's fast-unto-death in 2009, TDP has been struggling for survival in Telangana. The only hope for Telangana TDP is it's firebrand leader Revanth Reddy. However, TDP Cadre & Supporters aren't able to digest the activities of it's Working President. Revanth is sending the indications that TDP will form an alliance with Congress in Telangana for 2019 Polls. Already, TDP-Congress worked collectively in local body polls with the sole agenda of defeating Ruling TRS.
Now, There seems to be a tie-up between TDP, Congress and CPI for upcoming Singareni Workers Union Elections. In the press conference held yesterday, Revanth Reddy moved closely with TPCC Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy. Is this a sign of TDP-Congress alliance in 2019 General Elections?
