Who Ransacked Meda's Chamber In Assembly?

Hours after his entry into YSR Congress, The chamber of Rajampet MLA Meda Mallikarjun Reddy in the Assembly was ransacked. This development took place even after he tendered his resigned as MLA and also as Government Whip before joining the Main Opposition.
YCP Leaders alleged Government Whip K Ravi Kumar barged into the chamber of Meda Mallikarjun Reddy, ransacked the premises and destroyed crucial government files. What's the content in the papers which were destroyed remains to be a mystery. Was it just an act of outrage or if its a pre-planned attack to destroy the files?
CM Chandrababu Naidu expressed his anguish on Meda Mallikarjun Reddy over his defection into YCP. He told Meda betrayed party despite making him Govt Whip and appointing his Father as TTD Board Member.
At least, Meda Mallikarjun Reddy resigned to his posts before joining YCP. What about the 23 YCP MLAs and 2 MPs who joined TDP?
