Defamation Case On Ramana Deekhsitulu?
By: Tupaki Desk | 23 May 2018 4:15 AM GMTAs per media reports, TDP Government is contemplating on filing defamation cases against former Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao, former head priest of TTD Ramana Deekhsitulu and a National Channel which aired his interview.
IYR Krishna Rao has been troubling AP Government since he was sacked as chairman of Brahmin Corporation. He even penned a book named 'Evari Rajadhani' questioning the planning of CM Chandrababu Naidu for world-class capital.
CM was miffed with the reports of Ramana Deekhsitulu complaining about his ouster from TTD to Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and seeking CBI Probe. Chandrababu Naidu is of the view that prestige of the richest temple could be damaged if no action is being taken even after national media began highlighting the issue. An order has been given to TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal and Chairman Putta Sudhakar Yadav to ensure there is no controversy what-so-ever be it regarding funds, jewellery and rituals. He advised the board to be prepared to face any legal issues by having required documents.
Decision to file defamation case against Ramana Deekhsitulu will be taken during the high-level meeting of TTD Board. EO informed TTD has already released the list of jewellery of Lord Venkateswara as per 1952. He even offered to place the jewels on display to prove the allegations from Ramana Deekhsitulu are false.
