TDP leaders booked for insulting KCR & TS Symbols

Seems Telangana advocates busy with irking the people who passed derogatory comments on CM KCR.Earlier some of the advocates filed cases against Power star Pawan Kalyan and TDP leader Revath Reddy for their remarks against KCR.
Now they targeted two more TDP leaders. A case has been filed against senior leaders of Telugu Desam Party Errabelli Dayakar Rao and Ravula Chandrasekhar at Nampally court .The petition filed by K Govardhan Reddy, an advocate who claimed that Errabelli and Ravula have insulted people of Telangana during their pressmeet at NTR bhavan.
As per complaint, the leaders spoke ill about Telangana people and KCR and Telangana symbols.Erraballi insulted Telangana by calling its people elected Chief Minister KCR mad.Ravula made derogatory comments on official declared state symbols The complaint said.
The complaint is filed under section 295A, 504 and 505 of the Indian Penal Code.Court has accepted and ordered Banjara hills cops probe in and submit a report by January 12, 2015.
