TDP likely to become National Party from 22 nd

The TDP is seriously considering the option of re-inventing itself into a national party in the event of separate Telangana became a reality, to retain its strength in all the regions.
None other than TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu had been throwing enough hints at such a possibility during a series of meetings he held recently to review the performance of the party .
Telangana TDP leaders have met Babu yesterday and conveyed their thanks for helping in the formation of separate state .The leaders also discussed about strengthening of the party in Telangana and the reconstruction of the state after the completion of the bifurcation of state process.
While addressing the media Telangana TDP Forum Convener E Dayakar Rao said that the party President would announce his Telugu Desam a national party soon as the TDP met all the conditions put by the Election Commission ( EC).
Naidu would soon disclose all the details pertaining to the granting national party status to the TDP.According to sources Babu will announce TDP as national party on this month 22 nd
